Nychera is an ecological land systems firm operating across Kerala and South India. We advise and design for landholders who require landscape performance — not seasonal maintenance contracts. Our work sits at the intersection of native ecology, site-specific systems design, and long-term land intelligence. We serve villa owners, resort developers, and farmstay operators who understand that serious land requires serious thinking.
How we think?
METHODOLOGY
Every project begins with reading the site — its soil structure, water movement, microclimate variation, existing species, and ecological history. This assessment is not a formality; it is the intellectual foundation of the design. We do not apply templates. We do not import species palettes from other regions. The design emerges from what the land can sustain and what it can become over decades of ecological maturation.
What Nychera refuses to do is equally defining. We do not design for first-season visual impact at the expense of long-term performance. We do not recommend species that require intensive maintenance to survive in Kerala's climate. We do not compress timelines to meet construction schedules that disregard ecological establishment requirements.

Sanjay holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture, specializing in Plant Biotechnology and Crop–Insect Interactions. This advanced academic background provides Nychera with a strong, evidence-based approach to design, focusing on ecological design and sustainable practices. His professional journey is built upon extensive experience in agricultural research, nursery management, and landscape design. This hands-on expertise has honed his philosophy of systems thinking and a commitment to creating mindful green spaces that honor nature.
